Qualaboris Institute was founded by Karol Fekner, MA, and Marek Banczyk, Ph.D. in order to set a common ground for interdisciplinary research and development projects focused on the quality of human resources and their impact on wealth generation in the era of creative economy. The institute is a private, non-partisan initiative with no affiliations to any political or economic interest groups whether formally organized or not.
